10 Steps to Enrolling Your Child at Bright Beginnings Preschool
1. Explore Us Online
Start by checking out our blog and social media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram. You'll find heartwarming glimpses of our classrooms, curriculum, and dedicated staff in action. We’re confident you’ll be excited to visit us in person once you see what makes Bright Beginnings so special!
2. Schedule a Tour
Come see us in action! We invite the whole family—parents, grandparents, and your little one—to visit. Our tours are typically scheduled at 9:30 AM or 11:00 AM when classrooms are buzzing with activity, giving you a true sense of a typical day. Your child can join in while you take the opportunity to ask questions and connect with our team.
3. Review Our Information
After your tour, we’ll provide a comprehensive packet packed with everything you need to know about Bright Beginnings, including staff bios, curriculum calendars, and details that set us apart. Take your time to dive into the details!
4. Register & Secure Your Spot
Complete the enrollment application and pay the registration fee to guarantee your child’s spot. Classroom availability is limited, so acting quickly ensures your preferred classroom and teacher placement. Plus, your little one can enjoy a free trial morning to get a taste of preschool life!
5. Complete Enrollment Paperwork
Submit all required forms, including the application, physical form, birth certificate, payment details, emergency contacts, allergy documentation, and any specific instructions (e.g., custody arrangements).
6. Prepare Your Child for Success
Help ease the transition by talking positively with your preschooler about starting school. Highlight fun activities on the curriculum calendar and consider visiting the classroom again before the start date. Your excitement will set the tone for a smooth start. Welcome to the Bright Beginnings family—we’re here to support you every step of the way!
7. Complete the Welcome Packet
Once enrolled, we’ll provide a Welcome Packet that includes a “Getting to Know Your Child” page. Take time to complete it—it helps us better understand your child and tailor their experience.
8. Shop for School Supplies
Enjoy the fun of picking out school supplies together! Items like a backpack, lunchbox, crib sheets or nap mats, extra clothing, diapers, and any comfort items will help your child feel prepared and excited for their first day.
9. First-Day Prep & Pep Talk
The night before school, ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep and share an encouraging pep talk about how fun their new adventure will be. On the first day, allow extra time for drop-off and aim for a quick goodbye—your child takes emotional cues from you. If there’s any hesitation or tears, we’ll provide comfort and keep you updated throughout the day. Click here to view the first day checklist!

With our engaging activities and caring environment, your child’s day will be full of fun and learning. Our Happy Family Guarantee ensures that you’ll love being part of the Bright Beginnings community.
We’re excited to welcome you and your family to Bright Beginnings! Let’s get started on this amazing journey together.
Waitlist Policy
Priority enrollment is given to families starting immediately. If we have openings in your child's classroom or are opening a new room, we fill slots on a first-come, first-served basis in the order we receive registration fees.
If you aren't starting immediately, you are placed on our waitlist in the order we received your registration fee.
When an opening occurs in your child's designated classroom, we simply go straight through the waitlist in order. You may opt to start your child immediately or "pass", meaning you keep your place in line, but we will offer the slot to the next family in line.
Another option is to begin paying monthly tuition to ensure your child has a spot ready at the time you need care. This is always the safest plan. While you may not need full-time care yet, this could allow you to ease your child into the childcare setting. This could also be used on days you might be in need of support until you are ready for full-time care. We can be there ready to support your family's needs until you are fully ready!
We value two-way communication with your family throughout this process. We truly want to serve you and your family!
