Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Have a pick eater who doesn’t like the crust? Don’t let the ends go to waste! Use every morsel of your bread with this under 1 minute homemade Italian breadcrumb recipe. Use our homemade Italian breadcrumbs for yummy chicken tenders, fish bites, meat balls, meatloaf or fry up some farmers market zucchini or avocado bites!
Ingredients
4 cups of any bread (We used Sara Lee Classic White Bread)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pinches of Sea Salt (we love Malden Sea Salt)
Directions
Using a Vitamix, blender or food processor, blend the bread until fine.
Add spices. Mix until blended.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze up to 6 months
