Mommy Room Essential Oil Spray
We love essential oils and use them at home for aromatherapy, cleaning and therapeutically. Using essential oil in the classroom and with young children has become quite popular recently and we jumped on the information bandwagon and did a little sleuthing. The benefits are clear and well researched for adults but using them with the little ones requires a little more caution. So before you do a Mommy and Me spa day or switch your cleaning array to include essential oils, remember that just like the caution we use when introducing children to new foods and carefully testing ointments and lotions before applying, it's best to take it slowly. ALWAYS read the labels for any product before you expose your child to anything new. And of course, we always advocate all things organic, whenever possible.
Mommy Room Relaxation Spray
Who doesn’t love the aroma of a spa or stepping into a fragrant soap or body shop? We do! One deep breath and we’re relaxed! Essential oils in the classroom or at home can benefit the teacher or busy mama by relieving tension. Blend the following oils in a glass dish and pour into a container with a spray top.
